| Please read before considering one of our puppies. It is important that all of our buyers are knowledgeable about the commitment that is involved in owning one of our beloved dogs. Our prospective buyers must understand we are not in the puppy mill business. We do not sell cheap puppies and do not try to compete in selling our babies. Our puppies are raised by us in a loving environment where they receive lots of TLC and our focus is on their health and temperament. They are well socialized, healthy, and spoiled before ever leaving our home. When making the decision to add a puppy to your family quality should matter. Quality is not necessarily measured by judges in a show ring, but by the emphasis placed on the health, temperament, and well being of the puppy. It is important to us that each or our puppies continue to receive the same TLC forever; therefore we only place our puppies in homes with families that meet our approval. To be an approved parent one must have thoughtfully considered the purchased of their new puppy and not only understand the joy of having a new pet, but more importantly realizes the responsibility involved in caring for him/her. All of our puppies are current on all shots, wormings, and will be vet checked before leaving our home. Our contract contains provisions for the guarantee of the health of our puppies against life threatening illnesses. There are conditions that sometimes arise with new puppies. Stress and depression in a new puppy can happen even in the healthiest of pups for the first couple of days, the change in environment and people can result in a sick puppy that needs vet care. New owners must be prepared to handle the extra care should this situation occur. We want to be contacted should any of our puppies become sick. We are always available for advise and will do all we can to assist you if this should occur. We view the responsibility of owning a puppy much as raising a child. They require regular check ups, healthy diets, safe environments, and lots of love and attention. Our potential owners must share this view. Just like children, puppies do get minor sicknesses that require vet visits. They will also sometimes be defiant, stubborn, and simply test your patience. None of these situations constitute a valid reason for a refund. At any time if an owner decides they cannot or are not willing to care for their puppy, our contract requires that the dog be returned to us. We will accept the puppy back but it must be understood that the purchase price is NONREFUNDABLE in this situation. Once you have chosen to invite a puppy into your family and have completed the purchase process, refunds are not an option. I make every attempt to make sure our puppies are only placed with owners that understand the responsibility of owning a puppy. We spend alot of time raising our puppies with love and individualized care. Our puppies are not merchandise to be returned like a pair of shoes that you realize after you get home don't match your outfit. We strongly feel that our puppies deserve a life of unconditional love and try to be very selective in our owners to provide our puppies with their perfect forever home. We suggest that new owners schedule their first vet visit to coincide with obtaining their new pup. If any issues are found by their vet we insist on being notified so that we can be in control of our breeding program as well as make any necessary decisions involving the puppy. A PUPPY IS A LIFE CHANGING COMMITMENT, MAKE SURE YOU ARE READY BEFORE MAKING THIS DECISION! |
